  • I've changed my mind and want to return an item.
    If the items you're returning are in perfect condition and come back with their original packaging and instructions intact. However, if they don't meet these criteria, it might impact your eligibility for a full refund. If you're sending the items back by post, you're responsible for them until they reach our warehouse. You'll cover the cost of returning them, but this won't affect your legal rights. We suggest using a registered postal service and keeping the proof of postage, as we may need a signed confirmation of delivery. Please note, we're not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If you'd like us to arrange a collection, there will be a fee for each shipment.   • Can orders be delivered to a different address?
    Upon checkout, you'll be asked to provide your home address and given the option to specify an alternative delivery address. If you decide to change the delivery address after the items have been dispatched, it might extend the original delivery timeframe. In such cases, please contact us promptly, and we'll advise you on the possibility of redirecting the delivery.
