Flammkraft was founded by two barbecue enthusiasts and experienced engineers, Manuel Lasar and Knud Augustin. Unable to find a barbecue that met their high standards, they decided to take matters into their own hands. They began by sketching rough designs on paper, then moved on to creating 3D models and building prototypes—not just to develop another barbecue, but the ultimate barbecue. The result of their uncompromising vision is The Block D, a barbecue that has captivated restaurateurs and barbecue lovers across Europe.
